(JLP) is a transportation-engineering firm, which provides engineering design, construction management, and staff augmentation services for public and private sector clientele. JLP has a staff of dedicated and talented professionals serving a variety of rail industry clients nationwide. JLP is a privately held corporation that has been cited as one of the fastest growing Hispanic-owned companies in the nation. The firm's areas of expertise range from feasibility studies, requiring conceptual design and analysis, to final design including PS&Es and construction management.
JLP has developed a niche in the track engineering market by developing routines and cell libraries that incorporate major railroad and transit agency design standards.
